Curve ecological liquidity platform Conic Finance announced the completion of a $1 million financing, invested by Curve founder Michael Egorov. This round of financing will be used to support the development work of Conic, especially the payment of security audit fees. Conic stated that it will share more details about Conic v2 in the coming weeks. Previously, Conic Finance had been subjected to multiple security attacks.

The Animal Age, a pet development-based Metaverse project, recently completed a seed round financing, with the amount of capital temporarily undisclosed. It is reported that The Animal Age relies on the world’s largest cat charity rescue organization “Crazy Cat Club” to create a new pet development experience through blockchain technology, games, NFT, and Metaverse. The first product of The Animal Age is a pet development game themed around cats. Currently, its Crazy Cat Club Facebook fan group has exceeded 1.1 million users. The company revealed that it would announce some “major partnership relationships” on July 28 and launch a “cat slave development plan” for the community on July 30, during which it will give away Genesis Cat NFTs, rare props, etc. The cat development game will also be launched in the next few weeks.

Web3 game Delabs Games has announced the completion of a $4.7 million seed funding round, led by Hashed. Since 2021, Delabs Games has been developing three games: Rumble Racing Star, SLianGuaice Frontier, and Metabolts.

Singapore-based GameFi project Kandle.xyz has announced the completion of a $1.7 million seed funding round, led by Saama Capital. PointOne Capital, Cloud Capital, Good Capital, Founder’s Room, Seeders Fund, and CoinDCX CEO Sumit Gupta also participated in the investment. This funding will be used to further develop the platform and expand its user base. The flagship product, “Crypto Fantasy Leagues,” is a game that allows players to choose cryptocurrencies as battle tokens and compete against other players in portfolio battles. Kandle has already established operations in Indonesia, Vietnam, Nigeria, and India, and plans to expand its business to Asia and North America.

Flashbots raises $60 million at a valuation of $1 billion

Ethereum infrastructure service Flashbots has raised approximately $60 million, valuing the company at $1 billion. This funding will be used to develop the Suave platform, which allows users to “transact on the blockchain more affordably and privately.” The company confirmed that it has fully subscribed to the Series B funding round due to the participation of “leading venture capital firms, Layer-2 networks,” angel investors, decentralized exchanges and applications, and MEV supply chain participants.

Documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 21 showed that the company had raised approximately $30.4 million of the total it sought. According to a source, two additional SEC filings are expected to be made public in the coming days, which will show that the company has raised the full amount needed. Earlier this year, it was reported that Flashbots was seeking funding of up to $50 million at a valuation of $1 billion.

Ethereum dynamic storage expansion project EthStorage raises $7 million at a valuation of $100 million, led by Dao5

Ethereum Layer-2 network data storage solution project EthStorage has raised $7 million in seed funding at a valuation of $100 million. Dao5 led this round of funding, with participation from SevenX Ventures, Foresight Venture, DragonRoark, Cloud Nine Capital, Avant Blockchain Capital, Future Money Group, and Gate Ventures. It is reported that EthStorage provides a programmable dynamic data storage solution based on Ethereum data availability technology. The team has received funding from the Ethereum Foundation’s Ecosystem Support Program (ESP) twice, for research on data availability sampling and research on 2-layer network dynamic data storage proofs. It also won first place at the Super Demo event at the Ethereum Community Development Conference (EDCON) held in Montenegro in 2023.

Fabric Cryptography, a cryptocurrency hardware manufacturer, has completed a $6 million pre-seed round of financing, led by Metaplanet

Cryptocurrency hardware manufacturer Fabric Cryptography has announced the completion of a $6 million pre-seed round of financing, led by Metaplanet. Nil Foundation, Inflection, Novawulf, and Era also participated in the round. The company’s co-founder and CEO, Michael Gao, declined to disclose the valuation of this round of financing. However, he revealed that the chip they are designing has received a $50 million order and has signed a letter of intent for a transaction worth about $100 million with a potential buyer. It is reported that last week, Fabric Cryptography also reached a cooperation agreement with Nil Foundation, a ZK technology developer, to launch a decentralized market for encryption and outsourced proof generation.

Aethir, a decentralized GPU infrastructure developer, completes Pre-A round of financing with a valuation of $150 million, led by Hashkey

Aethir, a decentralized GPU infrastructure developer, has announced the completion of a Pre-A round of financing with a valuation of $150 million. The round was led by Sanctor Capital, Hashkey, Merit Circle, and CitizenX, and received strong support from institutions such as Mirana Ventures, Animoca Brands, Momentum6, Big Brain Holdings, Builder Capital, Tess Ventures, and Maelstrom (Arthur Hayes). Although Aethir did not disclose the size of this round of financing, it stated that it has raised a total of $9 million so far. This round of financing is another round of financing after the seed round led by Framework Ventures and Infinity Ventures Crypto. It is reported that Aethir is a decentralized network infrastructure project (Depin) established by senior professionals in the global cloud computing industry in Singapore in 2021. Oumla, a Saudi blockchain infrastructure optimization platform, recently announced the completion of a Pre-Seed round of financing, led by Core Vision, a Riyadh-based venture capital company. The specific amount of financing was not disclosed. Oumla helps developers build applications more easily on the blockchain by building APIs and SDKs. It currently supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Polygon chains, and is expected to support Avalanche, BNB Chain, Solana, and other chains in the next few months.

LaunchLianGuaid 2MR Labs, a digital asset company, has announced the completion of a new round of financing, led by Heliconia Capital under Temasek. Plug and Play ALianGuaiC, The Assembly Place, PG, and LucidBlue Ventures also participated in the round. As of now, Financie has raised a total of 2.8 billion Japanese yen (approximately $20.2 million) in financing. Financie, Inc. is a token-based community and ecosystem service company that operates the blockchain-based token crowdfunding service FiNANCiE, as well as NFT and IEO support services.

Decentralized Social Platform LianGuaissage Completes $6 Million in Private Token Financing with Akash Network Leading the Investment

Decentralized social platform LianGuaissage has completed a $6 million private token financing round, with Akash Network leading the investment. Other participants include Druid Ventures, Vitwit, Cosmostation, Hyperchain Capital, Chorus One, and Cogitent Ventures. LianGuaissage will use this funding to further develop and build tools. LianGuaissage is built on Cosmos and integrates with Sortium’s artificial intelligence technology. Early-stage venture capital firm Valhalla Ventures has launched a flagship fund of $66 million to invest in deep tech and gaming startups. The company aims to support “bold entrepreneurs” who challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of science and engineering. Since the beginning of 2022, it has already invested in 15 startups. Valhalla Ventures was founded in 2020 by Devan Malhotra, Matthew King, and Rohan Pujara. Prior to raising its first fund, Valhalla had invested $27 million through SPVs in eight companies in the fields of deep tech, gaming, and blockchain. Among the blockchain projects that Valhalla Ventures has invested in are Web3 encrypted network Lit Protocol, among others.
